Customize the close button, the screen orientation and the SIP on a per-application basis

Fixed a bug where buttons/checkboxes/radiobuttons were not drawn properly if skinning is disabled.

If the "trial expired" message is displayed, the user is now taken to the license dialog to enter a code.
