Summary

I hope that app clones the ROM also

This is a brilliant app i have been using it for about 6 months & have no fear of hard resets & getting my phone configured back as i want, this does it all, will register all programmes that were installed on clone image & change local settings back to how you had them set. So when you have everything perfect on your phone right down to the ringtones use this to create an image & you will be able to experiment with other software & go back if you dont like it. Only found 1 programme that needs re registering is "resco explorer"

Can the ROM be changed on the device when using this strictly as a backup solution?

I would like to experiment with the different ROM's out there and if I'm not happy with them I want to be able to restore my device back to it's current state.

When I use this program it auto runs image"2577" or something and then resets but once the phone is back on, nothing is restored. I have to register my programs again, most programs I have to reinstall all together. Anyone have any idea why? Or can help me figure this out. Thanks

WHY??

How come that this super "backup" never make a clone without errors?
I tried this when i had my Eten X800, everytime i used it i got an error.
Now i tried it on my HTC Cruise, same problem again:

Something about couldn't read the file in Windows\lic something something...
This clone thing could be a VERY handy utility when experimenting with defferent ROM's i think. BUT, first it must work 100% without any errors! :) RIGHT?!!

Someone more than i who have likewise problems?
