Of course I can help you. I think you mentioned you already have the GPS working, and you just needed to unlock the maps right? First you need to get your unit id or device id (SETTINGS > ABOUT in GPS). It's a 10 digit.

Open the keygen (unrar it of course)
Plug the 10 digit into the first field. Click generate
Select Map Product, select Map 1d. Enter 284, and click Generate.

I assume you already have the maps installed on the PC, and you're just looking to crack them. Open the Mapsource that you have installed. It should show the Europe map.
In MapSource, > UTILITIES > UNLOCK MAPS > SELECT YOU HAVE THE 25 DIGIT UNLOCK KEY. Enter the keys here. After that you can select the pieces you want to be downloaded to your device (GPS). Good luck

Yep, 284 is Garmin City Navigator Europe NT 2008. There's different numbers for different countries if the one you're not looking for is not in the list.

That's right, 284 is only for Garmin City Navigator 2008 NT specifically. Any other maps will require diffrerent Map ID. Of course, if you see the maps in the list, you can just select it from the list instead of a MapID.

Just read the above and you will understand what is and how is working MapID.

ENGLISH MANUAL
1. Download Garmin Mobile XT GPS, for example from: hxxps://buy.garmin.com/shop/store/downloadsUpdates.jsp?product=010-00580-00&cID=138&pID=421
Run the EXE, it will copy all files to your SD card.. (I used a card reader instead of plugging in my phone,
but you can,just be sure to select USB transfer mode)

2. Download Garmin Mobile XT Free Basemap Ver. 4.xx.xx as of Apr 19, 2007 and
Garmin Mobile XT Support Files Ver. 4.xx.xx as of Jul 11, 2007 Copy basemap to folder Garmin and take voices map from support
files and copy in Garmin folder on SD card.

3. Run Garmin Mobile XP on your phone, go to the ABOUT screen, write down the CARD ID

4. Enter the CARD ID in the keygen, choose the MAP PRODUCT (or custom mapset - ask for ID's here),
click on the 1st generate, then on the 2nd generate.

5. Create the files sw.unl with notepad and copy the first genrate code in, save as all files as sw.unl and copy to Garmin folder
than create gmapsupp.unl file with notepad - copy inside second generate code from keygen and save as all files named gmapsupp.unl
Don't save as txt file.

6. Copy the 2 above files to SD CARD\Garmin

7. Run Garmin Mobile XT, it will try to connect to your GPS device, cancle it. Than go with cursor to top left corner
where is the sign of Bluetooth - click it on. Than click on left navigation button to unable - you will get the
two posibilities - to use bluetooth GPS and to use atached GPS - click on this and it will run the attached GPS - Of course
you need to be outside otherwise it woun't work - sometimes need even 15 minutes to get signal - later ob is better.
- and yes, ANY GPS BT device and any attached gps will work That's because the unlock codes are now in
the GARMIN directory.

8. In SYSTEM - REMOTE GPS -> your BT GPS name will be shown.

9. IF you don't create the 2 files as mentioned in step 9, THEN in SYSTEM - REMOTE GPS --> you can ONLY pair with a
GARMIN GPS DEVICE!!
