yashik 19th February 2008, 02:12 Control MK[control mouse-keyboard]
This is no doubt one of the best freeware app. for adding gamepad support to your game.
with this application, you can map your keyboard keys to your gamepad buttons.
So, when you press a gamepad button, it will emulate the button mapped to it so the game will think that you have pressed the keyboard button.
From now on, no need to sit close to the pc while playing games like GTA: San Andreas, call of duty4 etc..
Works with any game or application that accepts keyboard input.
Easy to use interface!
No device drivers required.
Just make a profile for a game and start the application before starting the game. The application needs to be running in the background obviously.
There is no limit for the no. of profiles that can be created.
Hope, you'll enjoy it.

I've not tested this application on my PC as i find ControlMK best for my games.
yashik 19th February 2008, 02:44 San Andreas Advanced Controls(saac)
I used to play GTA San Andreas on my PS2. After i sold it, i started playing it on my PC. but i found that i couldn't play it with my gameoad alone. I had to sit close to my keyboard so that i could give some commands from my keyboard.
This saac application solves this problem.
Meant specifically for GTA: SA, this will allow you to play the game exclusively from the gamepad
NO INSTALLATION REQUIRED
Just unrar the folder you receive somewhere(e.g. the desktop)
Double click on the saac(tocaEdit) keyboard logo everytime before you start the game.
IMPORTANT
The controls i've set for the game are similar to the ones used on PS2 and i assure that these are the best controls possible. So, save the files configuration files(presets configuration and saac configuration file) somewhere else so that you can revert back to these controls in future, in case you have changed the controls and are now finding it difficult to reset them to original.
HAPPY GAMING.

yashik 19th February 2008, 09:12 CONTROL MK:
It must be noted that if some game supports gamepad play but some buttons dont work e.g. POV/HAT Switches(also called D-pad or the left, right, up, down buttons) then you can assign controls to these buttons and leave other fields blank as shown in one of the screenshots above..
