This is to support touch screen devices with a one fingered feature phone like experience for data entry in text and email etc.
Once installed this can be activated for use from the input method option at the centre of footer of the screen, where the screen keyboard and scribing options are.

3. Copy the cab file to My Document on your device
4. On your device, launch the cab file with File Explorer.
5. Restart your device.
