Application S60Ticker offers a typical Ticker in order to indicate current and important information. At present, all incoming SMS messages with sender phone number or contact information and message text are shown.

Version 1.00 Release "S60Ticker version 1.00" consisting of S60TickerServer (Freeware) and S60Ticker Setup (Shareware).

Known issues:

Under (previously unknown) may also find it very rarely happens that the device "crash" and a restart (via battery removed).
Nokia E90 - When unfolding appears with active ticker for about 2 seconds a black area.
Pressing the menu button S60 and mode display only standby screen will be presented with an increasingly active ticker.

Languages:
English ONLY!

Installation:

Remove the previous version - BOTH files in Apps Manager as the ticker app won't remove without it.
Simply sign S60TickerServer_v_1_00_01_unsigned.sis and install.
On the first run of the app, you should simply turn on the autostart option and exit the app. Rebooting your phone is a good idea but not required. Clicking About before you do this could result in your phone crashing.
Restart the app to set everything else up.

None of the versions released till date crashed on my N73s. This one has been working smoother than ever :D Try and find out if its clashing with any other running apps, if not I would recommend a firmware upgrade.

i'm think it doesn't have that option, not to be in the original application of the nokia that we can do that..

I tried to sign the TickerServer on SymbianSigned.com, but this was thrown in my face: "FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses a UID that is not allocated to the account holder matching this email address (0x200046e7 0x200046e6 )"

Sign it with your own dev cert. If you dont have one check the hacking/dev cert section
