The program itself featured 8 way program launching up-down-left-right, and corners. And I heard it also has slide lock function...

If the file you download has a .exe extension (ie VirtualPoolMobile.exe), it is meant to be installed via your PC. You open it on your PC while you have your touch connected via Activesync and it will do the rest.

If the file you download has a .cab extension (ie VirtualPoolMobile.cab) then you copy it to your device and, using a file explorer, tap on it to install from the device itself.

Sometimes a crack for a game/app will take the form of a .exe file - this means you need to initially install using one of the above methods then, once complete, overwrite the .exe file within the installed folder on your Touch for the crack to be activated.

I have bought an Acer n10 handheld in used condition and I have performed a hard reset using the switch from the right down side of the case. After the device has rebooted, I am stuck on the screen alignment. It seems that I cannot pass the screen alignment phase no matter how many times I try to click the target center.

I have found a way to skip the screen alingment using a third party software [Only registered and activated users can see links]

However, the screen alignment is wrong and this software does not oofer yet a screen alingment support for this particular handheld.
Can you please create a screen alignment file (with .dat) extension found in the installation directory of this software from another simiilar device and send me the file via e-mail.

If this is not possible can you privide another solution to skip the screen alignment phase and recalibrate the screen for my PDA?

Yes, you can try GPS GATE, I never used it but just recently somebody asked for it on this forum.

Does anyone know whether we can use ALT key on ppc like ALT in Windows?
My language font requires ALT key to type. For example, Ctrl + Alt + m = x. But on ppc, there is no ALT key, so I can't type my language on ppc.

yes.... i know.... that the very thread that started my whole curiosity that lasted for hours and ended in vein...
i that post theres a 3 step procedure.... what i cant understand in that is that after i extract the attachment i get loads of files... no cabs or exe .... i don't have a clue as to what i am supposed to do with it....

1. What torrent client are you using? I assume you use the most popular UTORRENT.

2. In Utorrent, Go to menu and select "Create New Torrent"

3. Add the files and place "[Only registered and activated users can see links]" as the tracker

4. Don't forget to check "Start Seeding" checkbox then save it. You will see the newly created torrent in the DOWNLOADED tab with 100% seeded status

5. Lastly, attach the new torrent to your post here in ipmart

I have a Mda compact III which has windows mobile 5 running on it. I have just got WM6 but I have been reading that there is a risk of it killing my phone when I install, can some one please tell me if they have any experience of this .Is it worth the risk as I rely on the phone for my work and also have TT sat nav on .I couldn`t live with out this phone.

All i can say is that m8 remember one thing that any unofficial upgradation comes with its own set of risks... but there are umpteen number of ppl like you n me who do this all day...
just remember to have the right ROM and do have a backup of ur data just in case..
i myself have upgraded and come back to my official ROM to check and play with the new releases

take it in your own risk, just remember the safety precaution when upgrading your device. i have upgraded my device (xda atom) to almost every third party ROM release already and have not encountered any problem so far in term of my device performance. however, i always go back to my original official ROM. one thing that cant make me stay in a third party ROM is that most of their bugs are the one really important to me (like sms, mms, java, wifi, gprs, etc...).

Bro, it aint risky to upgrade as long u use the official HTC WM6 upgrade. So you never brick your device.

AreaCode2 shows you the city associated with exchange number in the call. For instance, a call coming from (858) areacode is in S California, 519 exchange is from San Diego. This will show up in the dialog and titlebar of phone.

- Also includes many international cities and country codes as well, most of Europe, Asia, South America and Mexico are included.

- Will also tell you in most cases if the incoming call is from a mobile service provider by placing an in front of the calling city location.

MS Voice Commander last edition is 1.6.
Guess your Voice Commander is from some other developer than MS.

Hi Guys, Really simple request, Bluetooth Marketing. looking for a prog to run on my ppc wm6 that will auto send a simple business card to locals that pass my pub. Tryed some programs for my pc like Bluemagnet, no success on getting the bluetooth stacks to work. Also tryed sniper 1.3.469 for the ppc an it appears to work with no errors but never finds a device.. if anyone has any progs or advice it will be most appreciated.

Purplys, that game or a very similar one DID come out for PPC, although the name escapes me completely. I have a feeling I tried it on my tytn II and it didn't work properly, though. It used to work a treat on my wizard.

I've got issue with my PDA . I'm using MDA III and i cant set the mp3 as a ringtone. I tried many progs and still no go. I can play mp3 on it, but not assigning them as a ringtones ... its very confusing . Im on WM 2003 SWE. I read something about WMP 9 and 10 . I have 9 :/ ... probably maybe this is messing that .

I have a Shinco G408 which i believe uses CE.net 4.2, it also has loaded Destinator 6.1.8. Does anyone know if there exists a destcore.dll file for this version, so that i can use the Greek maps ? I have tried the usual ones available on the net, but the unit will not go into navigator mode with these.

Also if anyone knows how to load Destinator 7 on this unit, would be eveb better. I have tried in many ways bit no success.

Yes there is something close... called Google Maps. And it works like a charm with the GPS reciever. Google it and you can dowload. Its free.

i have the htc polaris(touch cruise) and i installed the flashvideobundle and the TCPMP player for playing youtube video's because the streaming media player isn't so good..the first time i opend a video it was played by the TCPMP player but now its opening with the streaming video player...i looked in the option etc but i can't see a way to open the videos with the TCPMP player..

sounds like FPSEce, though if I'm not mistaken those videos are probably previewing the much anticipated 1.0 version which is supposed to be a whole lot better then the current version...or so they say. (tho its free so kind of not worth mentioning...)

Hello we all are on the move and most of us on the wheel for lot's of hours....
A very handy app would be a text to speech app. I know there are alot of them out there but none does what i want.
Read pdf files and not having to copy paste the text or save it in txt format.
Read avantgo articles or ms reader etc.
Remember where it stoped and continue from there.
It would be great while driving to listen the avantgo or a pdf or an e-book.
also the same when going to bed put the earphones and listen you also save energy not having the sceen lighted.
what do you think?

Hey guys...I just installed a couple of apps and now I have a screen flicker. When my Tilt is asleep, every 3-4 minutes the screen flashes for a split second and the screen goes back to black. I installed these apps:

Zomobi
HTC Gif Animation (I think this is the one but I deleted it and it still flashes)
HTC Action Screen
Pocket Wifi Radar

Has anyone installed any one of these apps and had the same flashing screen issue??

I have discovered that the Oz Pocket PC Instant Messaging client that logs onto AIM, Yahoo, and MSN uses the internet to connect but each chat message, sending or receiving counts as a Text Message in regard to billing. IM+, Palringo, iMov are like the Oz Pocket PC client in that any chat message is also counted as a text message.

Does anyone know of an Instant Messaging client that connects solely throught the data service and only utilizes the data service when sending chat messages and not the text messaging service?

I am on AT&T with a treo 750. However it is the same for Tilt and Motorola Q as well.


I did find out that Agile connects solely through data vis a vis text messaging. I have downloaded the trial. It works fine. Kind of pricey though. I am going to try it for the seven day trial.

Hi guys, I have a couple of problems: 1) I've updated my tomtom but cancelled the registration for my map ( the tomtom app. is cracked but the map needs the serial). I have the keygen for the map but I can't use it, because it was made for pc and I don't have one. The map is "Italia-map". If someone has it, would you be so kind and give me the serial, please? ( i'm on my knees right now). My id is AB2Z4BSLAA. 2) Second issue: I tried to upload the keygen on this site but when i "go advanced " can't see the "manage your attachments" link. The only way to see it is to navigate with squeezer. But that doesn't work either, because i open the page with the "browse" thing, but when I click the add button nothing happens ( with squeezer there is no java script). I also tried to upload on megaupload and rapidshare but no success. What's the problem? Is it my phone (htc p3300)? Or maybe the sites?

Got a problem with my IPAQ 6430. I have installed ROUTE 66 V8 and i have paid for the map. The gps works fine so as the software, but all the time, while showing the map and the area clearly, it indicates at the buttom of the screen "street not digitised".

I do so much reading that this software will multiply the amount i can take in 10 fold. Think it only reads text files though - but would still be useful

Hello Gaza I don't know if your question was answered yet but there is an application called Media Studio (look in the forums for it) which will let you convert AVI files to a readable format for your Palm, it works well for my Zire 72.

Do any of you have any idea why Commmgrpro would prompt me every time it goes online to re-register? I had a previous version that needed a reg code and even though I removed it and re-installed with cracked versions it asks me to register.

efrost had made another great program, it called "FTouchSL" formerly called "FTouchFlo". Unfortunatelly, it went commercial. Well, I really think he deserve it, but for some people -like me- it could be disaster, since I don't have any credit card or something...

The program itself featured 8 way program launching up-down-left-right, and corners. And I heard it also has slide lock function...

I am looking forward to receiving my new Asus P750 from the UK. The phone ships with English ROM/Interface and features a hardware AlphaNumeric Keyboard, like the one found on a normal cell phone. I do have the Resco keyboard for writing Greek on the on-screen keyboard, but I would like to be able to write in Greek from the hardware one as well. Does anybody know how to achieve this? I have tried AEKmap, but I get the following result while searching:

I'm having a bit of trouble with my HTC Wizard here. keep on getting the notice of low memory, that I must delete applications to free space.

I've erased a lot of apps, but everything else is important to leave there! It reads like this;

Storage: Total 47.5MB / In Use 46.9MB / Free 0.5MB
Program: Total 50MB / In Use 33.1MB / Free 16.86MB

So first of all, how can I free up more space to get apps to run more smoothly and especially to keep that notice from coming back???

Second of all, I read somewhere on this board not long ago about a program that takes the memory on the SD card and makes the actual phone see it as its main storage, not as extended memory. Sort of like a "ghost drive"...

Anyone know anything about that? I'd really like a heads up on that.

Im using Skyscape applications but new release of skyscape after this march is not supported the keygen released on 2005.

move all ur doc. files from my document folder and then c. for eg. if u have saved the files in ur devoc memo it will show this, try to move all files from device memory to memory card this will help u. try to move all the pics vdo and themes and remember to chk windows/ringtones and keep only one ringtone wat u use.

Make a hard reset and install unessentials in the storage card to free up your memory. Problem with WiMo devices is that you really need to hard reset them once in a while. Every quarter on my end because I'm a heavy user.

SKTools is very usefull app. It can free up your RAM. U can also use some task manager to see what processes are running in the background and stop some of them.
Also to install app on SD is good advice.

Or just copy the whole folder from \Program Files to \Storage Card\Program Files and create a shortcut in \Windows\Start Menu\Programs
This works not in all programs but most of them works fine.
Some apps that works with no problem is:

Destinator 6 or 7
IGO2006+
Agile Messenger
GPS Tuner
ISecretary
Metro
TCPMP
Tube 2
Resco Explorer (needs to insert serial again)
SpbFinance (needs to insert serial again)
SPBWallet (needs to insert serial again)

This way you do not have to reinstall them after Hard Reset or Flashing new rom. All you have to do is create new shortcuts. ;)

Im having issues with the toysoft Lightwav 2.8.1 program on palmos. I had recently exchanged my at&t black centro for another one (the one i had had sticky buttons), and i tried to use the keygen and enter the proper serial, but for some reason it will not take the generated serial. However, my old phone the keygen had generated a proper serial without any issue. from what i can tell, my device serial numbers 7th digit is 3 higher than my previous device and the second to the last digit is now a number instead of a letter.

Im thinking either the keygen's algorithm is off because of this change, or perhaps it is lightwav itself that is rejecting the serial. Ive tried hard resets and installing various versions of the program with no luck. Anyone have an updated keygen/working version of the software?

Ok, I appreciate the heads up about finding more storage space. What I'm looking for altogether is a program that will "trick" my htc wizard to think the sd card is actaully the internal storage memory. I want my memory to read something like this (example);

Storage
Total: 2000MB
In use: 50MB
Free: 1950MB

Again, the total of 2000MB (2GB) is the actual SD card being read as the main memory.

I am sure there is a program out there that can do this. I've seen something like that a while ago but chose not to use it since it wasn't any use to me.

Anyways, I'd really like a heads up...
