c:\system\data\
find 800a4100.ini (name of file on my phone)
open with hex viewer (you need x-plore 4 that)
edit imei (one or two last numbers)
and voila program is workin (will see what happen after 7 days)

ok i try help with this metod because this metod work with old version, you can find this version on this forum, well what is new with version 2.22 ? i thing nothing special. this program conect with implus servers and blacklist your IMEI. again binpda does not resolve this problem. i always write that i'll be happy when one day see proxy or firewall for our phones ;)

BiNPDA crack unfortunately doesn't solve the registration problem...i personally download IMplus from the official site of shape services and every 7 days i delete this file: 800a4100.ini (C:\System\Data), so that i have a trial period again and again...after all it isn't that inconvenient8-)
