I had the same problem and it was due to the maps i had installed,try installing a different map. Try copy all folders: maps, drive and res with sygic**.sis to the main folder of memory card. And try installing again.

Are you installing on a P990? If so you will get that error, apparently it's memory related. I couldn't get any maps to work on my P990 but everything works on my P1.

I have the retail version of Sygic , and I've just downloaded a pack of maps for middle east ( about 5 countries included ) and now i dunno where to extract maps folders ... Please help me

If they're .pak files you should be able to put them in a <country named> folder in the map folder. They'll need activation IIRC.

There are 5 folders of 5 countries as I said , and i want to put them in the right place , but I don't have any folder named "Maps" where should it be ? please tell me , I think I've to create the Folder.

Yes thats right, you have to create a folder in the root of your Memory Card called "Maps" then put the 5 folders of the 5 countries there. Dont forget to create a .mlm file into "Maps" with names of the 5 countries.

The maps DO NOT work for 7.089 (not sure about 7.199). I tried for ages to find a working link for maps to work with 7.089 with no joy. All links I found (on this and many other forums) were dead. :sorry:

In the end, I downloaded v7.52 and it is working perfectly on my N95. :excited:

Files that big not allowed to be uploaded on ipmart server and if you look at post above you will find what you want, all the links are working:

Yes, I saw it's written Great Britain (GB or gbr) everywhere.
The link on megaupload does works, but I started downloading the map from here ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) - I had to google the map and found it... on rapidshare (finally a working link there). I hope it'll work as good as the one from the post you gave me.
I had no idea it's 180 MB, otherwise wouldn't ask for someone to upload it here or (imagine!) to send me the map via e-mail. :hehe:

The map is for version 7.5 and up, it won't work with older version. Has nothing to do with Drakkarious and hacking your phone. The app is signed and you shouldn't try to install the map, you just have to copy to memory card, E/Maps.

Well, I cannot install the application itself. What stays for the map...

Yes, unfortunately if you get this message for other apps to, you will have to do a software update, this will solve the problem.
