The files are svg, try opening one with fone and zoom in and in and in, there 100% vector but they DO NOT work with illustrator as there not validated, but for any1 who wants to use a default icon for a 3rd party app we can still pack them to .mif files

use mifconv to convert.works fine on my n95.

How to convert This icons for carbide ui? Im not good at command line

No, actually, they are not. This is the binary format SVGs get converted into inside a MIF file, not the genuine SVG (which is an XML file and can be read and edited in any text editor like Notepad).

So, how to convert it to genuine SVG? Really need this icons to change e71 default ugly icons. I've use flahorn s60 prototype icons but i need the N Series default icons. Thanks

What about the sister thread "SVG-Icons by AcidSonic"? I don't know the E71 but the stock icons are not what I'd call nice on my N95. These are much prettier (even if the 3D border makes them a little bit uniform). And they are real SVG, so Carbide.ui just loves them.

I tried to look for a solution on Google but all I found was a reference to a thread here ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) and even that ended without success. The encoder is in the S60 SDK, the decoder is not, it's built into the phone.

Thanks for your help and time n95xn95. I guess il just have to wait for someone who could extract the original icons that come from NSeries and convert it to genuine SVG. Really appriciate your help n95xn95.

n95xn95, how are SVGs converted into MIF? I am trying to use some flahorn icons to substitute my apps one's (that Calcium icon is so wrong) but just can't make it: flahorn icons come as SVG.

Any idea?
