Does anyone have and hacks or programs for the 8130?

Hacks? No hacks unless its just updating to a newer firmware from another carrier and you're deleting a local .alx file on your PC, and enabling other carrier themes?

remember the BB is meant to be a secure device. Applications are aplenty. Try on the device going to the mobile.blackberry page via the Browser and see whats offered directly from RIM.

However, if you can list more specifically what you're after then help would be much better to your needs.
