Try a tool called Fontrouter (CLICK ([Only registered and activated users can see links])), this allows you to display chinese/japanese fonts (fonts can be found here CLICK ([Only registered and activated users can see links])) but I don't know how you can input these.

Sorry try4deepak, i forgot that other languages except from English should be uploaded in file sharing site & not on iPmart Server.
And for those of you asking how to make this work, your phone must support Japanese.

And for those of you asking how to make this work, your phone must support Japanese.

Not necessary. You could use fontrouter as herbalb has suggested.
However you must sign those applications.

Here's the way I do it to enable Japanese / Chinese characters for input / reading.

To write such characters you can either use
Wang Ma

Or ZTA4

Hello! I have unpacked the file .sis and I made the two files .PDB: English-Japanese and Japanese-English. Should be placed in the folder E/Documents/MSDict.
Enjoy!

Thanks for this helpful information.
But I still need an input-method for Japanese kana (Hiragana and Katakana) as by using these tools you mentioned it seems that one can input only chinese characters (Hanzi/Kanji).
Is there any tool for Kana?

Try the Psiloc Japanese Localization (Latest version 1.52)

All files are unsigned. I haven't all of them myself but last time I tried it conflicted with the font router and made my screen unreadeble.
So remember to uninstall font router or edit the fontrouter.ini file with the
following.

DisableFontFile="The whole path to the font file" or
DisableFontFile="Name of fontfile"

Try this software. It's called MFEP60, and it supports Kana input as well as Kanji. Just follow the instructions on the website.

The English in the website is rather confusing, and you need to sign the files yourself. Enjoy!
