OPDA distribute free symbian certificates to everyone!

To obtain a certificate from the Chinese site of OPDA you have to do only a few simple steps:

1. Actually all information naturally on the forum there (http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592&extra=page%3D1) is in Chinese :)
NEW!!! OPDA allready have a "ENGLISH View" here (http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592&extra=page%3D1) :LoL:

2. start to register - the only inscription in English "Register."

3. Next window opens and we fill the fields

First - decide example
Second - login
Third - password
Fourth - repeat password
Fifth - e-mail (any mailbox, you can provide even not existing email)
Sixth - don't select (click) the box
Further Hit the button (there is ONLY ONE button)
Now on the head of the page, the "Register" should be CHANGED with your registered ID if not ... try again.
Now, go back here ( http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592&extra=page%3D1)

4. Now leave application request: on the last page of this thread, there is a place for a message - put in your IMEI and date. Here is an example:

IMEI can be found typing on the phone - *#06#
Date is written like this: year-month-day.
The date have to be the current date in CHINA!, note the time zone difference from your local time zone.
The date has no bearing on when you will receive your certificate, it has significance only for the Chinese.
Send the message by pressing a button which highlighted in yellow (if not pressed - Hit combination of Ctrl + Enter).

5. Attention! Now you have to write somewere the number of your post!
The subject of orders for Chinese forum users can delete messages - flood and etc, and the number of your application request will change ... because of that write somewere the number of your post.
It seems that the IMEI numbers of the initial posts go directly into their data base almost immediately after you leave the application. Further change rooms and post played no difference.

6. In order to be able to download your certificate, you need at least 5 messages posted on OPDA forum (yes, it'll be like a spam ...)
After that, please check regularly the OPDA (first post) page here: (http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592&extra=page%3D1)

You may use the translate services from GOOGLE (http://translate.google.com ) to find and download easily your certificate from OPDA web site (but don't forget the 5 messages requirement).

Daily OPDA produce around 1,000 to 2,500 applications requests.

LOOK FOR the latest certificates file release including YOUR registration number - it will be ready in about 2-3 days (I hope so) after the request.

NEW !!! for cert downloading you can use this site also:

translate it from russian to english here: http://translate.google.com
all released certificates are available there with no 5 messages requirement. :LoL:

7. You will download a archived file containing .cer and .key file and text document that lists IMEIs that It certificate.
Password - 12345678 NEW!!! Some people reported that the new released certificates are without any passwords. Just ty to sign your application without a password, if not working then use 12345678

This certificate is issued for the 1000 IMEIs, as specified in the application.
1 certificate for 1000 phones. This certificate is issued for 3 years. You receive the same certificate as from symbaiansigned - devcert.

Program for signing on the phone SignSiS - v.1.42 (18 kb). (http://rapidshare.com/files/102720825/signsis_142.zip) Older versions maybe could not sign the application data with this certificate.
And remember:
-- the application you want to sign should not be signed other personal certificate.
-- Use the key, which is in the archive.

WARNING:
It's a good idea to leave your application in the Chinese forum ALONE - on a single IP can be registered only one account.
If one account leave more than 3 certificate request applications, these applications can be ignored.
All flood attempts are stopped with IP address blocking.
(that statement is from Chinese).

IMPORTANT:
here is one very good iPmart tutorial HOWTO FREE your symbian device and don't need anymore to sign any application!!!

1. follow the tutorial here (http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?p=1903987#post1903987)
2. install this modified x-plorer from here (http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showpost.php?p=1904036&postcount=89) - and you will keep the full system access after each phone restart! The keygen for x-plorer is here (http://rapidshare.com/files/103759431/Xplore_Keygen_by__wl_.zip.html)
3. and follow the step by step guide "How to install unsigned sis using perm hack" from here ( http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?t=240053)
4. that's it!

thnx mate really useful. I tried to register at their site....but cant becoz of 1 problem. Can u plz tell be wht is to be filled in the 1st field here

Yep this does work I got one cer for my phone, and two for my dad and a friend, several weeks ago just remember once you get it edit your post and delete you imei!!!!! Glad we had an option other than SS was very happy it only took 2 days to get my cer but now everyone knows about it so it may take longer but its worth it!!!

I just put in a request a few minutes ago but I just wanted to test and see if I can download a certificate from a different date but it wouldn't let me. I clicked on this link

I had to go through the same set of dialogues to get mine bro. Just keep pressing the link at the bottom of the text until eventually you'll get it to download.

I translated the text from that page and this is what I got.

"Sorry, your account balance is less than the minimum balance restrictions 0, please return"

Does that mean I need a certain amount of posts before I can download?

My post is @ 51499, but i doubt we can download the .rar file. Try downloading the rar file from a different date and see if you get the same error message as I did.

Well you need to have 5 posts minimum, but when I downloaded mine i had about 10 posts and got the same message :confused:

Hi every one, this is my first post and I bring good news (at least for me:ashamed:)

OPDA really make you a free certificate, I get mine few days ago before this thread is up.
Inside .rar file you will get .CER and .KEY so I can sign your app offline (I already try it with GenialSiS) and I can install it with my phone:excited:

Just sign in OPDA forum (go to Google translate if you don't know the word), post your IMEI and date in this thread (http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592&extra=&page=1), remember your post number, post in random thread 5 or more (yes its a flood), wait a few days and then look down the 1st post and you will see date and number in 引用: box. The first number it date (ignore it) and then a Chinese word then a number again, this is a post number range. If you find out that your post number in that range click red Chinese word below it, and scroll down that page (OMG lots of IMEI, Ctrl+F and find your IMEI there) at the botom of #1 post you will see rar attachment: OPDA (date).rar, click it and then another page with box (make sure you already post 5 time or more or you will not find small yellow box), click small yellow box with red Chinese word in 购买 box and wait a moment (maybe because OPDA server is busy) and download your certificates!

Why you post your IMEI..You have the tutorial and OPDA team produce you cer and key file ! You only need to hard your brain and fingers just 1 hour and then wait few days to download it...Is that too hard for you or you wanna pay publisher ID ?? Dont post IMEI here..go to chinese forum and there you post..This is just a tutorial !

To OPDA team - You ROCK guys and thank you thank you !!!

To all others just try few times and you will get it..And you can download cer file if you dont have 5 OP (coins) ..so you have to post a litle more post to get the coins...And your post must be ina good way :D

i already got cer and key from OPDA forum, than i signed it with BinPda sign tools and it works perfect. just give ur imei , than ill help u to req it over there. but u must to wait for 3-4 days, because so many people from china and taiwan over there forum to make request

Install it on pc and then where you install just in Barak's SignME folder put you .cer and .key file..Then you can sign apps one click ona desktop easy.Just right click on a .sis or .sixs file and you can see sing me...Just try it it takes second of your time and works 1.000% :D :D :D

First time it will ask you where is your cer and key files and when you point it will not ask you again :D...
And then just transfer to your phone and install it..easy :D

I wanna ask here - can we obtain more than one certificate for one username? Wont this be considered flooding the board?
And whats the maximum no. of certificate we can obtain against 1 username.
Those who have obtained more than one certificate - have u done with a trick by deleting yr IMEI there? Because i think if u do this they block yr ip address.

I at first do not understand why Nokia introduced signing?! It's so stupid! Those who have enough money don't bother on forums, they just buy everything they need. Forum community is finding solution how to bypass the stupid things they are introducing every time. Thats the case again.

Just hope for some simple solution soon on this forum.

The certificate which this forum ip giving has a password. So it wont work along with a key with no password..) It requires a key with password only to work.
Correct me if wrong.

I got certificate for my friend last night. And it works perfect to sign. Just install SignSis V1.03 by leftup then put 12345678 as password then click "sign". Finally the unsigned app is signable.. Also I could sign RotateME with that cert but I put different password(123456). So I think password it's not a big matter

this site downloads them from the chinese forum then puts it up.... therefore u don't have to worry about having more than 5 posts

Thanks for that site. guess il have to wait 5days then... I already have my own cer requesting one for my friend all i need it for is to sign the bloody Route 66!!!!

there is a .rar file that obviously includes your certificate but in order to download it YOU HAVE TO PAY.

This is not good.

and it should be stated first thing when you post a thread....

Mod's should look into it.

pay with OP points. And that OP points is achieved with post. So try to make 5 post then download the attachment there. If "buy"option exists on that attachment just click it then your 0P points will pay for it. It's free mate. Some kind of post number then you can download the attachment. Some forums apply that system..

I managed to download (buy..)my certificate and now no need to change date back on my n95 to sign any application. Its working fine.

U are required to post at least 5 before you can download. they call it OP points shown in your profile

english forum it seems more quick to deliver than chinese, so if you want faster your certificate, make your requests in english forum.. :nod:

Another happy user here. This method is confirmed by me as WORKING, those Chinese guys kick some serious butt.
I posted my request in the English thread on 29/03 after 10PM and got my certificate today (30/03) in the afternoon. That was not even a day!
To test, I have downloaded the newest unsigned version of FExplorer (v1.18) from the developer's page. Signed with the OPDA cert, transferred to N95 8GB and installed, all in 5 minutes and without a hitch! :D
When installing, the phone gives a warning that it's a developer's certificate and the program may harm the phone, just hit Continue and there you go. The certificate they give is valid for 3 years.

No, not in the mail, it's on the forum itself. If you post in the English section, don't look at the loooooong Chinese thread, but look at the Symbian OS-9.1/9.2 Discussion Section in the English part, and try to find a thread like English User Certificate 2008/3/30. What I did is I had my IMEI number handy, and used my browser's Find function (Ctrl+F in Firefox) to look for it in the thread. They always post the full list of IMEI's to which the certificate belongs to. If yours is not on the list, just check back the next day. Be quick, the English thread is much shorter yet than the Chinese one is, and so it's moving faster. Remember you have to have at least 5 posts to be able to download.

There were also 2 differences to the tutorial in my case: 1) the certificate .rar file didn't have the .txt file with the list of IMEI's, and 2) there is no password, not for the .rar file, and not for the signing process. I just use Signsis 4.0.0.1 and it's working perfectly. :egdance: :dance: :LoL:

Mate, you can sign on your phone with SignSis V.103. Just read 1st post. SignSis was attached there. So no need to sign it on PC

I Know, but its too TROUBLESOME TO SIGN A FILE USING A PHONE..

However, BinPDA's SISSign Worked with this cert. U can give any password u want.....

I use SignSIS from OPDA, and still using v1.00 ... It can remember the paths of the cer/key file, and all you have to do is select a sis file and type in a password, and thats whatever you (or the guys who got the cer file) put in when the csr file was created to get the cer file... Generally its 12345 or something simple...

I requested in english section on april 2nd, page 44.

Got my certificate one day later in the post "English User Certificate 2008/4/031 （37-47 PAGE）". I guess the /031 is like "1-3rd"...

My IMEI wasn't in the list but since my page and date was right, I tried, and the certificate worked perfect! My download only costed 2 op-points/messages.

Now I have a nice signed FullScreencaller :)

Why would anyone need more than one certificate for one phone/IMEI number?
I was under the impression that one certificate was suffice for one IMEI to sign all applications to be used with one phone/IMEI.

Just pay him minimum of $1 he will create the cert and key file for you. Don't waste too much time here waiting for your cert. file. Its closed since March!

if you enter your date in the uk format the cert is put in a different file !. and is removed from the posts.
i found this out once i posted my ime and put the date in the wrong format.

It works, it really works. I had to wait a bit, because the number of requests/day is increasing but I managed to get it.

P.S instead of waiting for your certs just hack your fone with the hack its so useful! i hacked my N95 nad i can install apps by signing!! i asked for this cert from OPDA ages ago and just did the hack a couple of days ago... so might as well get the cert too!

Please please some one help me, my certf. is ready and I downloaded from chinees page (Im not even sure if I have dowloded) I try fallow the instractions but russian page cant be translatet by google and the rar archive file what I downloaded from chinees web under the list of ime and I opened it there is pnly 3 filr registery file certf. file and a list of ime file, nothing else, so I cant see any .key file or .cer file :( so please please some one help me to download the correct files....

You can use many of the freeware Signing Apps like SignSIS GUI or if you prefer to use sign through your mobile phone then you can use SignSIS by Leftup (available @ iPMart Forum). You can contact if more help is needed. Love!:ilove:

CHINA N95 needs IMEI numbers...And here is a CHINA site handing our free certificates if you hand is you IMEI number...

Just wondering ? This site could be legit but i would be cautious

More than 10000 members have used this site for cert...
And still 1000 of people request...
So there is very little thought given to such question...
As for many certificate is more important to be able to use cracked apps...

Don't you think that giving your IMEI is dangerous or risky ? I mean your IMEI number may be cloned ? or am I paranoiac :p ?

You have to decide whats more important...
Want a certificate than give IMEI...
And many user have given IMEI nos. no one ever complaint...

I would of thought you can remove it afterwards... And since they are so many IMEI's i would of thought the odds of them using yours is pretty slim... But it seems safe enough...
If you don't trust OPDA, there are other people (2 from this forum) to get your cert and a couple of hacks as well...

:exactly: You hv right dude. I been post my request in normal forum and wait 9 days! But in English thread - 1 day for my 3 devices - 2xN73 and N82! In one day! That is awesome - 1 cert for 3 devices not one to one device. :dance2:

I would of thought you can still use it, but you would have to set the date back on your phone to install anything... And 2 years is still a long way away

"Green" is your other name. I know about fake Nokia (Nokla) from China and Nokia IMEI cloning in stolen phones. But is vesy small probablities to any probs causes giving IMEI. I know that OPDA dooing wrong prividing to public info our IMIEs, but by now is no other way to get own cert.

Yes. I can edit/remove post at OPDA. Now i'm remove IMEIs people who request me to create certs on this site who's certs are ready. :excited:

EDIT: Sh** i can remove IMEI ONLY from my post with request, but cannot remove them from thread with ready cert and list IMEIs supported with this concrete cert... :sorry:

I hope they don't do anything wrong to our IMEIs....... Actually, there are more then 10,000 imeiz listed there... and I dont think that they are planning to di anything wrong to all of them (otherwise we can file a very very very HEAVY case against them)..

n more:

1. The 1st 8 digits of IMEI no show what model the user is using... If they want IMEI NOz, they could have generated by themselvez (1st 8-nos and then random nos)...

2. They are not going to block all phones... (But still, if they did, we can bring them back)....

3. If they are thinking to create a china-copy of each phone with the SAME IMEIz, our phones are older, so we can get advantage over those phones (either by LAW or By NETWORK IMEI Rules)..

So DONT TAKE TENSION n ENJOY!!!

i received my certificate from OPDA, it is valid for 3 years now i sign all unsigned applications and working fine on my N95. Thanks for the information in this thread and thanks to OPDA.

I saw my IMEI and I saw the rar file, but when I click on that rar file to download it I get: "You have to pay to download the attachments." and "Sorry, the balance after transaction is less than the limitation of 0, please return."
although I have downloaded a rar file last month from opda.net.cr

Can any body help?

Try translate button in google when you search for OPDA.

Translated pages are cached.
Last post I noticed mentionned something about an attack.

Don't know for sure if it was attacked. My chinese isn't really good.

Anyway, there is no need for a free certificate if you have any other phone than the N93. You'll need to spend some more time once.

If you want to install without limitations apps to your phone it's pretty simple, this is the BiNPDA way.

1) Check if your device is pre-FP1 or FP1,
2) download the necessary tools pre-FP1 or FP1,
3) install correct TRK on your phone
4) connect cable to computer
5) run TRK using usb connection (not bluetooth!)
6) start Secman.exe (will find your comm port automatically)
7) When finished open secman on the phone
8) Select: turn platform security off

It this has worked you can continue with installation of Drakkarius, Rompatcher, etc. offered by the usual suspects...

I'm not sure but there appears to be a new procedure. After registering and putting in the requisite 5 posts, go to the link below

Enter the IMEI and your e-mail. Just wait for the cert to come here (http://opda.net.cn/plugin.php?identifier=cert&module=cert&action=emy).
