It probably mean lot of people are downloading from that specific server from their website. I recommend downloading the link using Orbit Downloader (hxxp://www.orbitdownloader.com/). The program will constantly try to download from the link and once there are less people on the server, it WILL download the file. Just wait.


Sometimes some downloads JUST never works for me for 1 day. I tried again another day and it worked.
