How to find out system configuration of other system using any 3rd party tool or inbuilt tool

I tried using Advanced system information which we can find in Help and support but whenever I give host IP address, I get Access denied.

Is there any other 3rd party tool to find the H/W and other things installed on Host .

I don't want to peep into host users machine by going to his place nor I don't want remote session to be established to find out the configuration.

You mean find out stuff like what graphics card is in and how hot the CPU is? and that rubbish? If so what about 'Everest'...
