First download BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Install in your pc and download your desired apps n games.

Follow help lines.

hello friends,
i hv a problem.i hv BB 8310 curve.i installed desktop manager on my pc and tranfers the files to my handset,but its not installing in my set,saying ''this IT policydoesnt allow downloading 3 party applications''
wht i gonna do now..i downloads so many bb softwares but no use untill they gonna install on my handset:(
plssssssssssssss help me

You need someone to send new security books to your handheld. If you bought it from a company or third party, that happens quite a bit as alot of companies lock their handhelds.

You can use someone else's SIM card (if you are on a GSM network), or sign up for BES and when you establish your account in your BB, it will clear that security provision.

You are not fully right.

Yes, this happens a lot in BB Phones. they lock their phone with an IT Policy.
You just need to upload a Blank IT Policy.

Thats it. all restriction will be clear.
