Aiight here it goes.
When i got my new net Plan. not long after about 1-3 month later my net started to get caped faster then usual n i was wondering why and i calld my company up askin why is my net gettin caped so fast they say im usin the gigs. :afraid:
But when i only use about 8gigs then i get caped.... i suppost to have 15 gig to use b4 i get caped. so later on i got a anti virus program.So i have Found out someone have been hackin my internet.But lucky that i have the anti virus now that when ever the hacker try to hack my net he gets Block from doin that.:egdance:

Does anyone have an idea on how to get that hacker back T_T
Oh and when ever he try to hack me i get hes ip. but it changes so i think hes usin a Dialup to try to hack my internet.

Please Help me >.<

Are you using a wireless router? Someone may be using or joining your networking thru your wireless thats why your internet speed is reducing.

Set some WEP key protection or much better, define only MAC address that is only allowed to connect your wireless.

Some people yes, but thats illegal and you shouldn't go as low as they are...
I suggest a system restore to whenever the problems happened, and please get KIS for an internet secuirity...

the fact that he keeps on coming back into your pc means that you are not protected, and your antivirus has not cleaned any files that may act as a backdoor to that so-called hacker. an anti-virus will not protect you from outside threats. you need a firewall.

and how can you say that "somebody" is actually hacking you?

btw, it does not mean that he is using dial-up. it means he or they are using dynamic IP addresses (from botnets maybe) to attack you. if you are on Static IP address, better ask your ISP to give you a dynamic IP to lessen the attacks.
