You need either Phoenix or Nokia Care Suite in order to use this.
Once you've installed Phoenix or Nokia Care Suite, install this firmware in your computer.
Run Phoenix or Nokia Care Suite, connect your phone; wait until it's been recognized and proceed with the flashing.

You can find both Phoenix and NCS in the forum along with installation and usage instructions; just use the Search button.
A word of advice: use NCS instead of Phoenix.

If you have any problem while installing or using the apps, please post your question (with a good and detailed description) in the appropriate thread.
