I'll be downloading later! Does anybody have good recommendations for an Itunes alternative. Or 2 or 3 solid apps that let you transfer videos and pics?

I use Mediamonkey to move audio around and find it good but I still haven't got a video on my Nano yet! :(

u can get movie to iPod very easy :excited::excited:

(1)DOwnload movie from any websites;
(2)Convert it to Ipod video (iPod Mp4);
click "Convert flv to video"--> "New Task" --->"Change Formats"-->"Apple video"-->"iPod Mpeg4" or "iPod mov Mpeg4" -->"Convert Now";
(3)Input the video to iTune, then sync with your iPod.
Or Convert to aac audio for iPod.

I use it all the time.

as a follow on to my earlier post, the anapod corrupted the drive in the i-pod causing it to freeze the computer and ipod when trying to synch. this made it impossible to load anything.
the cure was to reformat the ipod with windows and then reload itunes, once this was done i reconnected the ipod and it recognised it as a new ipod and reloaded its software to run. so be warned this took me all night to resolve, AND MAKE A BACK UP OF ALL YOUR MUSIC ETC, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, i did and it saved me losing everything:goodluck:
