please some one help ...it`s scan for new phones ..first time in phone info i press scan it with error but after first time its going to scan but nothing happend..what should i do ?

I have both XP and VISTA on my pc and i first tried with XP and i got the same problem as you've said but when i tried it on VISTA, It worked perfectly.
