MY friends pc is refreshing endlessly. He installed some software during which nod cried out trojan and crashed. Since then these refreshing is going on endlessly. Tried trojan remover tool n removed the file it said as trojan but after restart it was the same refreshing again. He s prety desp now.. PLease help..

Wat Operating system you are using Have you tired System Restore option so that the system will remove all the new stuff installed until the specified date
