I got problem now with my nokia 6120c v05.11. When i using patch z2c.rmp the bluetooth obex sometime not working good. Something happen when receiving object via bluetooth. The connecting have trouble drope nearly completed.

guys am a newbee to symbian Rompatching....
i installed rompatcher as described in this thread.....(n73 me prefp1 firmware updated recently)
and it all goes fine...also installed changeswipolicypath...
and i tried to install "Psiloc Xelnex Lite v1.03 S60v3 SymbianOS9.1 Unsigned Cracked-illusion" by signing it....
its also installed... the problem is after showing installation complete dialog another popup installing is appears and it last long....:oops2:
once i pressd d red button and it gone. but wen i try to launch the application it shows please reinstall application....

OMG, I have spent an entire hour searching threads and google for TRK for my 6110.
The best I could find was some files on FAC00000's thread (as suggested earlier in this thread) but they are not install files. The Metro website doesn't have it (anymore, I think). This is a great tutorial - all other files needed are linked - but why NOT MetroTRK?
I've got like 10 Firefox windows open, each with 10+ tabs and still no joy - my PC's running like a dog, lol!
Please can someone post the installable TRK for this phone (and not a thread suggestion). I'm goin nuts!

Do you have any other Psiloc app installed on your phone (either original or cracked)?
If so you may need to uninstall previous apps (including previous version of Xelnex). you may also need to uninstall the DRM License manager installed by Psiloc apps (I don't remember the name, but it's mentioned during installation)
I had issues with cracked Psiloc apps in the past; I even had to do a hard reset to be able to use them; hopefully that won't be necessary.

MetroTRK is the old name for AppTRK.
MetroTRK was the name when the application was first created by Metrowerks (that's why Metro is part of the name). It was originally included with Metrowerks CodeWarrior for Symbian.
After Metrowerks was purchased by Motorola, they dropped several CodeWarrior IDEs including Symbian.
That's when Symbian took MetroTRK and kept on updating it under the new name AppTRK.
AppTRK 2.7 for Symbian 9.1 S60 3rd Edition can be downloaded from:
hxxp://fca00000.googlepages.com/s60_3_1_app_trk_2_7.sisx
Latest AppTRK is included with latest version of Nokia's Carbide C++ IDE but also can always be downloaded separately from:
hxxp://tools.ext.nokia.com/agents/index.htm
For both links make sure to replace hxxp for http.

I notice on your tutorial your device manager shows your N73 on COM4 but you use COM5 in RPI installer.

Is this a mistake or am I missing something that might help me hack my phone?

I had to install App TRK 2.8.9.SIS instead of the enclosed s60_3_1_app_trk_2_7.sisx, as all the latter gave me the "already installed" message. It shouldn't be a problem, right?

I'm not able to install app trk either. Installation stops when progress bar reaches 50%, and it says only "unable to install". Nothing about built-in whatsoever. FW is 30.0.018 and I have drakkarious package installed.

Installed App TRK v2.89 can get thru, but App TRX fail "Failed to open port, error code: -21". The ROMPatcher failed with "Bad ping response. May be port or TRK not running on device.".

The new firmware may have prevented the App TRK to be installed or pre-occupying the comm port required. Need help!!!

That result is always changing. Sometimes it's [0xC0000148] = 0x00, and sometimes it's [0xC0000148] = 0x61526D6 or something other.
