hi. My friend owns the above blackberry phone. It was locked to vodafone but the previous owner unlocked it. He has put a t mobile pay as you go sim card into it and it keeps coming up with data connection refused. He has been through the settings and has adjusted the apn setting and still will not connect. In the certificates it has a red cross by 'anyway wap route'. Can you shed some light on the situation for me. Many thanks for your help

First you try to wipe hand held

and try again set internet configuration. if still same. you can try to upload a blank IT Policy.

well without a data plan there is no way to get internet to work on tmo.
