Kaspersky Internet Security is my favourite, then NOD32/BitDefender are tied in 2nd...

i'd go for nod32.

Tried kaspersky, but it would cause a lot of 'irql not less or equal' errors on my hp notebook. Apparently it's an issue that is yet to be resolved. Hence, I'm back to nod32.

I used BitDefender up until I updated to a later version and I couldn't get it registered.

I now use ZoneLabs ZoneAlarm.

It's awesome and effective. And it doesn't affect system peformance.

I'm looking for a standalone, working version of BitDefender AV. All I could find is a bunch of links for BitDefender Internet Security.

Try looking on the homepage, and there are plenty of cracks around, generally uploaded seperately...
