yes it need manufacture capabilities, also it include python 1,42 becouse it is python app, but I'v installed 1.43 already and dont want to downgrade so I edited sis and removed python installer...

Btw. this function "Menu backup / recovery" mean that we can save position of icons in menu and if we change MMC or something go wrong, we can easy restore icons, folders and icons in folders, and back to there original position on phone screen/menu?

hi, how hacked? i have my phone hacked



1. Install the AppTRK application on your phone's memory and start it, then in options>settings, select connection as USB.
2. Connect your phone to your PC via USB in PC Suite mode and then AppTRK will report connected on your phone
3. Go to Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager>Ports
OR in Windows Vista: Control Panel>System>Device Manager>Ports.
Note the COM Port your phone is using
4. Open the python script in notepad (the one downloaded in step 3 with .py extension)
5. Search "serial.serial" without quotes and then replace the numerical value in bracket with the value of your COM Port minus 1 i.e. if your port was 22 then replace it with 21.
6. Save the file
7. Run the script by simply double clicking it
8. Now if you see something like !!!!!!candidate!!!!!!! in the output window, or if you just saw the dos window and a few lines saying installing or sending etc, then.....
congratulations now your phone is really yours!!
9. Now you can exit the AppTRK application.
10. Verify the hack with X-Plore, see if you can explore c:/sys/
11. Now if you will reboot the phone you will have to reactivate the hack with above procedure OR to do it without PC do the following(Note: for the first time PC hack is needed)
12.a.) For Nokia :
I. copy CProfDriver_SISX.ldd from RAR downloaded in step 4a into C:\sys\bin
II. install CapsOn.sisx
III. install CapsOff.sisx
b.) For UIQ based
I. Copy patched trkdriver.ldd from rar downloaded in step 4b to c:\sys\bin\
II. Install CapsSwitch on your phone
13. Now you can switch security on and off without pc through these applications
CapsOff = Security OFF and do whatever you want to do with your phone
CapsOn = Restrictions ON

i press capsoff and install MenuEditor v1.0 and still the same error, i sign files with mine OPDA cracked cert.

Mate, solution is to "hack" your firmware, just like we all do(read this thread -> here (http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?t=240577)!;)
After that you can use "MobileSigner" and SelfSign any of this app ...

yes i know i got hacked phone the same i have done, only i got cert from OPDA so i was thinking that i dont need to continue sign files in my phone my phone with files keycert.rar and 00000001.rar for way to selfsign files becausei dont need that.

so if you will have problems when installing menueditor just finish your hack.

u try to sign in your phone the unsigned one? it works perfect on my phone.

send to your phone the unsigned one.use one explorer to copy it to C or E ,now use the signsis on your phone .find the .sis press selfsign .its done. find the .sisx and install it

Okay, I have installed Menu Editor and Python for S60... But I have a problem here.. Whenever I try to open the Menu Editor program, it just pops back to the menu again... Any ideas??

This is so good cause now I can rename the apps to whatever I want!
