Sorry for my ignorance, but how I upload the theme to the ipmart server?

edit your post and scroll down to Manage Attachments .. click on Manage Attachments and a new window will popup click browse and browse for the file and click upload :D

Good theme brother but please make the status bar transparent or make the above yellow colour more lighter like it almost near to the background colour.
