Nokmote Beta 3


Beta 3:
- Major bug on newer firmwares fixed

Nokmote is after all, intended to play games on your phone, and better in landscape mode.
But you can use it for menu navigation, web browsing... but it's not the first aim of this app.

Nokmote 2 will be oriented to navigation.

To play a game with Nokmote:
- Launch Nokmote, and bring it to background
- Keep your phone in the original position. In original position, no keys are simulated. You can define this position in Options -> Calibrate
- Press the hotkey to activate Nokmote
- Tilt your phone left, right, up or down to simulate joypad keys. Keeping your phone tilted will simulate a long key press
- Push the phone quickly away from you to simulate a 'Ok' key
- To deactivate Nokmote press the hotkey.

Don't forget to install N95AccelerometerPlugin.sis.
Don't forget to disable rotateMe.

I hope this version works better than Beta 2. Repute added.

btw... here's the RD Accelerometer Plugin which you need to install in order for NokMote to work on ur device.

if your phone lay down . there is no way to calibrate!!

I signed it, install it and when i tried to run the aplication, it won't start...

But there should have been an option to increase or decrease the sensitivity, otherwise a great great feeling.

For those that have N82. This is how I did it. First installed nokmote from the first page of the post then installed N95AccelerometerPlugin from the 3rd page (or 4th i think). And then run the program, change the shortcut from pen to *+# and it works.

what did you do to unlock the keys then if you can't do it?

Work great on n82,and the unlock prob is :(
I pull out my battery and than when i turn on phone he see * as actualy * :)
Maybe in other version can let us to choose button for starting nokomote app :)

hi guys.. pls help me on this.. i tried to sign nokmote using symbiansigned open sign online.. but it shows the following "FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses uses capabilites that were not selected".. how do i solve this? or is there any other way i can get it signed online???

Samir has lied us about release date more than 20 month's ... Should we still donate to this liar? I call this "donationware" application not free like Samir has lied on his site many times before since 2007 christmas evening ...

it doesn't work on nokia 6210 and i have accleromter. it instals it but when i want to start the aplication it doesn;t do anything. Same with shakeme. Only thing that works is kynetic, but it;s not the same.

On E52 didnt work. Have installed only the application. When "hit to run" nothing. So I installed accelerator plugin, nothing. Maybe newer version of this app could solve our problems. But it seems like quite old release.. Anyway it wuld be nice application. Credits to coder ;)

What are the differences between Rock'n'scroll ? Can we open an application with nokmote ?
