I have got a method to downgrade to quickoffice 4 or 3. You need unsigned installer already posted in this forum .
Copy the unsignedinstaller.py file in the zip file to e:/python and copy the other three files in the archive to c:/resource after that copy any older version of unsigned quick office you have to e:/

Now go to e:/python and then edit the file unsigned installer.py and in the line
(self.file="e:\myunsignedfile.sisx") rename the my unsignedfile.sisx to the
file you are going to install now go to python and click on runscript and the click on unsignedinstaller.py it will start installing the quickoffice after 10 seconds you will have the quick office version you want. More info in given in the txt file in the zip archive.
Now download all the quick office products you like for free and then after getting the data and key files install the latest quickoffice 5.0.16 directly or if it give update error unsign the latest quickoffice file available on your pc with any sisware avialable and use the unsigned installer to install it
I am attaching the unsigned installer for your conveniance

you can use this method to install the latest version of any application which is giving (update error) on updating. Keep in mind one thing this is an unsigned installer and can only install those files which are unsigned.
You have to remove the certificate to install any sis file with this way

so this app can be use in conjunction to upgrading Quick Office to v5..

don't work for me...perhaps I miss something, but it doesn't uninstall anything.......I have to format, but anyway thank you, now that I have formatted I can keep my registered copy of adobe reader also.....

This is a python script and will only run when have python installed on your phone and after that follow the steps as written above

Use this method only to upgrade or downgrade any application because this installer donot keep any record of the files it install so it is better only to interfere with existing applications rather then installing any new application with it. Other wise you will have to format your phone to delete them because of no registry record available to the original installer.

If any body here can upload the registry info of the adobe reader and quick office i.e .reg file and .ctl file i can also tell you the method that how to uninstall these apps through the original installer

i tried ur method hannan didnt workl i am using zorns hack did everythng u said. any suggestion? when i run the python script it gives the message file file e:................................................ ..., line 1 and nothing.

Anybody know how to do this? Which office can be used to downgrade. Cause I try using QO crack by BINPDA and it keep on crashing my Phone.

I would love to download version 3 but anyone have the source.

Any requirement? Python script keep saying error and didnt find the files. Even though I renamed it the same as the python script.

its working i used it many times
the unsignedinstaller to install the downgrade version
for your info only the quickoffice 4.5.15 by defconx is the only only quickoffice version on ipmart which is not corrupt. All the other quick office 4 or 3 versions on ipmart are corrupt i cheaked them all . And the requirements are that the caps must be off.

If the downgrade version is not uninstalling any way then use the registry info i am posting here and delete all the files manually which which the unsigned installer copied. This is a bit hard task but not worth the 200 dollars you saved because there is no other way available on the whole net to downgrade quickoffice.

You fu***d your phone your self and you are responsible for that not me. Hundreds of people successfully used this method to downgrade its only the idot you who can,t do it.:hahaha2:

man, I just tried this with this copy :

but the Python Exit automatically !! then when I go to office and try to open quickoffice I got Nothing !

So whats the problem ?

hi hannan,
before i tried this method, im using QuickOffice v4.0.1 on my e90v3. i followed ur instruction step by step carefully, & downgraded it to QuickOffice v3.0.x.

after the progress has done i checked the QuickOffice icon just to make sure it's still there :p & restarted the phone.

when i opened the Office folder, i noticed the QuickOffice icon has changed, which i reckon everythin went fine, but when i ran it, it just flashing for a sec then returned to the menu again.

now wat should i do as im having a dillema now :D

how to dowgrade nokia maps v2 to v1?

not working i follow all the steps.
put in all .py files from \RESOURCE to C:\Resouce
put UnsignedInstaller.py in E:\python
I put quickofficev5.sis in E

Edit UnsignedInstaller.py script (change self.file = "E:\quickofficev5.sis")
Run Python and I got this message:
ImportError("No module named" + name)
ImportError: No Module Named Info

Any suggestion?
