no need to update my v.card cause it is on its latest version, pls have a sense when commenting on my query. i did not indicate that i have poor drivers or old drivers kindly read thorougly boknoy. updating driver is not a hard task, do u get me? well by the way thanks for ur time reading my thread but it does'nt help at all.
Try this.
Backup data on CD/DVD then delete and format all partitions of HDD then install windows. Install antivirus (nod32 or kasperky) before copying the data back to your HDD.
Definitely all viruses and software problems will be removed.
If still the same, then the problem would be your hardware. There are lots of factor to consider to pinpoint which hardware is defective. Might be your board, power supply, processor, RAM or HDD.

@Myk, i tried this mate, but it happens all over again, these is my new problem. last time i am using xp sp2, then i tried to use xp sp3, now i can surf to the internet without using safe mode with networking, but the thing is, i can only browse when i am using mozilla firefox browser that was included on the xp sp3 on a 800x600 resolution only, but if i use higher resolution than i mentioned, it hangs, and when i use internet explorer browser it never let me browse... it hangs. what seems to be the problem? help will be highly appreciated!:D

@Mahdihtml, my HDD is brand new i just used this for about 1 month only. well thanks anyway! :D
It might be the driver of vga card. Try to update it.
If you have built-in vga use it then try to switch to higher solution. With that option you can test if windows or your vga card (nvidia) has problem.
