does anyone know any software that can allow multi tasking in s40v3.. need it badly...

I think you can't do multi taskin for S40. Because the operating system in it is not design to do a multi tasking and mostly phones under S40 system have a small internal memory which make it impossible to do a multi tasking. They usually let the Mp3 player run while doing others applications but other than that this kind of phone can't do a multitasking job.. Multitasking job are more for S60 phones.
