why i cant instal the AMcrack.jar file? it says "certificate error. contact the application supplier.". im using nokia 5700, and i tried install it before install the agile messenger, and after install agile.. but the result is same.. help pliz..

AMCrack.jar ? This is strange of you are not able to install java files..
Is this the only jar file which pronounces this error or other java files too ?

no, u dun use rar to open to crack file.....install the crack file using pc suite instead......

however, after i installed, opening the am crack, it asks for a connection to internet....for fear of mobile virus ( thou very rare ), i rejected it......i nv used cracks that need to connect to internet b4......so i m wary of it.....

To make it easier for everyone here to understand on how to get Agile Messenger working, here are a few instructions which I d thought I d share to help clarify most of the issues.

(1) Download the archive containing Agile Messenger and the crack and uncompress it to any folder of your choice in your hard disk.
(2) Connect your phone to your PC via PC-Suite and double click the SIS file to install Agile Messenger onto your phone (after signing it with the dev certificate if it aint signed). Install preferably onto your phone memory.
(3) Next copy the JAR file namely AMCrack or a similiar filename onto your phone memory or memory card. What could be done is that using the Tools --> Connectivity --> USB menu you change the connection type to DATA so that you could access your memory card. Note that you cannot run the JAR file and have it installed. This file SHOULD be run on your phone once the file is copied.
(4) Once copied, using your phone's inbuilt file manager or an external utility such as FExplorer, navigate to the location to where the JAR file was copied. Select it and open/run it.
(5) Install the AMCrack etc. onto your phone memory.
(5) After the installation of the crack, the rest is relatively simple. Once you have the need of using Agile Messenger, all you ve gotta do is open up AMCrack and allow it to access the net. Click on HIDE rather than EXIT!!
(6) After clicking on HIDE, navigate to Agile Messenger and open it up. You might come across agreements etc. just go forward so that you could get on with connecting to your favourite IMs.
(7) The connectivity issue which everybody has might relate to a simple setting that is the Internet access point option in the menu where you could select the IM's you would want to connect to. Here, in order to get my copy of Agile to work, I have to select the option --> USE ACTIVE CONNECTION. Else, it would result in connection errors if I were to select the access point in that section.

Using USE ACTIVE CONNECTION would usually prompt you with a list of access points from which you are to chose the AP which would connect you to the net.

I have not tested this whilst having any net connection active so results would vary for example, if you were to have Opera surfing the net and using Agile simultaneously. I'd recommend that you close all open net connection prior to using AMCrack and Agile.

After using Agile, make sure you exit Agile and exit AMCrack too!

Hey Ki Kusumo! After several times I tried to configure on how come this couldn't be connected and I found this problem. I used Nokia N73ME and 3 accounts of Yahoo, MSN and Google. Agile cannot be connected because the crack try to kill the connection after agile get connected to the server so agile cannot login successfully because of losing the connection. The crack is just listening from agile to login again until then it creates actions. And agile read that you don't have any connection to connect. So you have to create connection manually before you get successful login. Here is the trick on how to fix it.

1. Run the AMCrack and hide.

2. Run AgileMessenger and always use active connection. Note : Do not use your default connection until agile ask for your connection if you haven't made any connection yet.

3. If you make more than one account to login, agile will ask again for the connection because of the killed connection of the crack.

on what phone are you using this app on? i didn't notice any other sending video crash bug post in the thread, though i might've missed it. generally the posts say this app works great on most phones. however, there seems to be quite some probs with the E71. if you are using that, then it might be a prob with the phone compatibility.

n95-8gb;when, send video, new, with the more low resolution : problem : phone crashs!

I use it in my N82, it works.
but When I used it to my 5320, it doesnt work

last i checked, almost 8t downloads, and most of them are happy. this works for me on my phones, on my friends' phones, but i never got to try it on an E71.

to sum it up, this app is not badly cracked. it just has some compatibility issues with some phones, esp with E71. maybe the next version will correct that. :)

on the contrary, i understood your post perfectly well but corrected it just in case it creates confusion for newcomers or people who wanna install the app.

yes, there is no prob with the original version, as you say it. but the cracked one DOES have a compatibility issue with some phones. esp on E71, and like you point out, N82.

that's why i said maybe in the next version, it might be resolved. or hopefully, the next release. let's keep our fingers crossed. :)
