I think since Android is built on Java, this could be a java application (which can be installed on to any phone supporting Java) which can emulate many of the Android APIs.

This will be more useful when more apps start coming for the Android OS :D

We can have symbian OS and kinda emulate Android OS and run Android apps... I think ;)
