INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Install "VCREDI~3.EXE" (run "KeyGenvcredist_x86VCREDI~3.EXE": required to run applications
developed with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2005 installed).

2. Install "TopoNavigator v3.1.4" (run "TopoNavigator v3.1.4setup.exe").

3. Install Upgrade v3.5.0 (run "ToponavigatorUpgrade to v3.5.0Upgrade_TopoNavigator350.exe").

4. Run "Program filesTopoViewTopoNavigator.exe" and "KeyGenTopoNavKeyGen.exe" version 1.1

5. Select MAP, NAV or VIEW (pc installation, gps installation , i don't know installation!! respectively)

6. Insert "Installation code" from TopoNavigator.exe to TopoNavKeyGen.exe, end press calculate "User
code".

7. Finaly insert "User code" to TopoNavigator.exe.

IF TopoNavigator v3.1.4.exe OR TopoNavKeyGen.exe dont run install following:

to solve .net framework and some runtime probs and then begin all steps from 1-7.

Then move updated maps as the instructions txt says from:\TopoNavigator\basemaps upgrade\
to : Program Files\TopoView\Data\Greece\
respectively and you re done.

If you re not sure in step 5 choose NAV to make gps work , load maps etc...

Although the TopoNav works fine on my PC, when i try to download it to the GPS (Garmin Etrex Vista HCX) the result is that the information is not transfered, as well the map is not transfered. Only some blue lines over the sea area (??)
Does anyone know what is going on PLEASE HELP!!!

Think i know why the maps are not going to my GPS, and the reason is that at the toolbar for Toponavigator there is the "info" section (or in greek "περι"). Then when you go to "user", under the user name is the user code and below that says "activation of the function to send maps to GPS". Next to this the program says this function is NOT activated!!!! So trust if i activate it i will eb able to transfer.
Does anyone know how we can activate this please?

I remember when i did install the TopoNav on my PC i did choose MAP (because i was to instal to my PC and then to the GPS). Now i remeber that "Select MAP, NAV or VIEW (pc installation, gps installation , i don't know installation".
Shall i remove the program and try reinstalling with the NAV key in it?
Please HELP!

Hi! have you solved this problem? Crasy thing I install Toponavigator to desk top and every thing is O.K but I can not do the same on laptop. What is wrong?:suicide:
