It depends on your device. For example: Becker traffic assistant 7916 (winCE 5.0) - original GPS software - Navigon5 (modified) works with Navigon6.5 and iGO2006se

I have a Noname(Chinese Product) PNA with Original Route66 inside. On the PNA is only the OS with WindowsCE v5.0, and on the SD-Card is the Route66 GPS-Software. On the PNA is a Loader too.

So you can try to install iGO2006se or iGO8 to your SD-card. Both may work on your device.

Not at all! If you can read Russian - I'd suggest you more help in our topic http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=26442 - here a lot of people finding extra solutions for their PNA devices. Mostly - successfully!

But at that point it would be rather difficult for me to work as a translator between you and guru:sorry:
