This Method works for all hacked Phones. Doesnt matter if its pre-FP1 or FP1 models.

For this, you need c2z patch...You can learn how to apply this patch from HERE (http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?t=253109)

Now the Real Part:

1:Copy the included "Camcorder.r01" to C:\resources\apps\ (if the language is not english ie., *.r01 then goto Z:\resources\apps\ copy Camcorder.r* of your language
to C:\resources\apps\, and edit it to direct it to those sound files )


2:Copy all the included sound files to c:\data\sounds\digital\ [Create this folder if not present]

3:Just goto ROMpatcher and apply c2z patch.

Note:
When ever u restart the phone, the patch is removed, so you need to put the patch again from RompPatcher.

In case this doesnt work for you, it means you have CamMojave rather than CamCord,so for CamMojave followers, visit:HERE. (http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?t=252227)

This trick will work for all the other hacked cells whoz following Camcord.01file

Confirmed working on: E61i , E65, 5500, 3250, 5700XM, 6110Navigator, 6120c

How can it work on all phones, when some don't use Camcorder.r01 file but CamMojave.r01 instead? Will Camcorder application, start and work the same on their phone?

Hah.. What are you talking about, when there isn't any differences, I mean the method is the same, the lines changed are the same, the files are the same... I don't even get what wasn't working with you when you said you tried the method from my thread and now this is working, when its the same!!! You gotta be kidding me...

Also you say its easier in process, thats right, but i can show you that there are some differences in your Camcorder.r01 file and mine, its always better to edit and use your own files.

And you could simply post a reply in my thread to upload the edited Camcorder.r01 file.. not to post a whole new thread about it and saying that you found something new, when its not. This is spam i think.

bro, cannot work on my 6120c, I am sure I didn't miss any part of your thread, and I did exactly what you told me to do. It just can't work. Is it because of the reason that my language of the cell is traditional chinese which is .r29 file. should I edit anything on my .r29 file to make it work? and... here were my steps to start this trick.
1.) copy all the attached sounds to C:\data\sounds\digital\
2.) copy .r29 to C:\resource\apps\
3.) start ROMPatcher
4.) Disable caps
5.) App Patch c2z and at last, still taking a picture with sounds coming out.
what's wrong with it?

Don't lie to the people :D:, if they copy their file from Z:\ it will not work of course! It will not be edited file.

No, thanks, bro. u've already helped me out here. however, I still had one question in mind, the .r01 file you attached, the sound directory in it is C:\system\sounds\digital\ instead of what u've posted in your thread indicating the directory should be C:\data\sounds\digital\ so, I suggest that you make a slight change in your thread. the directory C:\data\sounds\digital\ is just one of the examples and it's not suitable for all hacked phones' directory.
in a word, my 6120c should edit .r29 file to C:\system\sounds\digital\ and it works prefectly now.

well, ppl are getting it right, coz the camcorder.r01 file is edited in that fashion. so if i change the path, then i have to change the camcorder settings too

I looked to the Z:\ and I've Camcorder.r01, 02, 03, 05, 14 and 18 in Z:\resource\apps\. Which one do I have to edit? How do I edit it, just open it notepad?
Thereby I found my wav-files (CamcorderCapture, -JavaCapture, -JavaStart, -Start, -Stop) in Z:\system\sounds\digital.

Can you do something for me if I upload one of these files?
