are you sick and tire of the your msn "New Msg" tone ??
let me present to you . . the hack tat will let you get rid of your old tone and
install new one . . this how you do it . .

1) download the tone tat i attach and copy it to your phone.
( or you can DIY just get any tone and convert it to wave )
Audio Format - PCM
Bit Rate - 64kbps
channels - 1 ( mono )
Audio sample rate - 8 kHz


2) use X-plore copy or move the tone to c:\WindowsLive\Res then exit . .

3) then start MSN and there you go . . your new tone . .

Enjoy . . .

tone no 1 : YAHOO TONE . .

tone no 2 : ICQ UH OH

This is possible without hacking. I did it some time ago, and even used a chewbacca roar as a tone, without even wondering its format or quality in KHz.

Msn Live for nokia symbian phone . . can download using the Download! App tat is Pre-install on some nokia N-series or E-series . . have you got yours ??

Here is the tone. It worked for me without even hacking, only rename it to "message.wav" and overwrite the existing one on C:\WindowsLive\Res.

Tested on my N80IE and also on a N95 8GB, none of them was hacked at the time of testing.
If you try it, tell me if it worked for you as well.

P.S.: I suggest to keep a backup of the original one.
