My opinion is DON'T UPDATE YOUR PHONES UNTIL A CRACK COMES OUT TO IT ;)
because you'll lost a lot of things that you've gain with this hack of FCA and ZORN... Like Ngage games cracked, Quickoffice 5, Adobe, and many others amazing applications!!!

i have got an idea and as far i know its 100% working.
The idea is that download your firmware to pc before installing it go to the corresponding folder where the NSU downloads the firmware and search for file installserver.exe or simply go to search and search for install server.exe and after finding it replace this install server.exe with the modded installserver.exe by swmail because both the files are 100% similar in size and there is no bites difference or may be one or two both files are of 13.53kb you can cheak it and not even the CRC cheak would be able to recognize any change so nsu will update the firmware with modded file and you would be able to install all files with all caps and there would be no more need for any app trk. For installing the rom patcher you would only need to install rom patcher.sis and every thing is done. Even No need to connect to pc to do any thing.
I am sure that it would work but its not tested and if you want to do it do it on your own risk. I would not be repsonsible for any thing.

I couldn,t help you in this case as my pc is off due to my final examination so i am unable to test it but i am very hopeful that it would work. Well the CRC check isn't about the size of the file but the content, when you change just one bit in the file it's CRC changes so even if yuou manage to update the phone with such modified firmware file you will not be able to start up, sorry this is not the way to go :(
