Because it's N 82. It's not possible in N-gage.

N82 not support playing n-gage games in landscape mode :(

N82 is targeted for amatuer photographers...and its highlight is the camera....not the game playing ability

it will be the greatest phone if it is touchscreen... and can play landscape mode in ngage 2.0games.

It's pretty weird... you don't have an option to rotate at all, or is it greyed out? I can play in landscape on my N73, which is somewhat useless though because of the keypad layout. I know FIFA asks about the orientation on start up, and in Asphalt you can change it in the options menu.

i´m very unhappy that the landscape do not work on n82. i have installed 3 games -> Tetris, Brain Challenge and System Rush and non of them r playable in landscape. Not automatic (like in other apps) and no option is available.

I hope there will be a solution or maybe a patch..:grrr:

The flip/rotate option is greyed out. The N82 just doesnt support landscape gaming. Thats it. :(

And, as someone in here said,Nokias word is law. lol

When playing games in landscape you need buttons on both sides to get the best experience (like the N81), if the N82 played landscape games then the buttons would only be on one side making it very hard to play games. I have an N82 too, but I prefer portrait due to the location of the buttons.

Fifa 07 can play in landscape mode...
