Mr. Snoozleberg is the perfect diplomat: charming, likable and inoffensive. Unfortunately, he is also a chronic sleepwalker. Look at him walking out of the Embassy’s second floor window, wearing pajamas and a nightcap for another of his perilous nocturnal escapades. Oh dear! This time, he’s going to get hurt.
