only if it is multiscreen you can play with the resolution.
and if you are thinking of "compressed" it's not. they are rar files which most of them just need to be changed into jar. just rename the file into jar, change the extension.

Actually to contradict you on your second point - many are in fact compressed, and not just renamed.
Some people rename some so that they can add/edit stuff, i.e. give credits to suppliers, etc.
There is a resizer program out there, but it's for Nokia games, and probably doesn't have 128x160, I could be wrong, so check in case.

for SE only if they are multiscreen, but that program is useless - Free Java Games and Applications Resizer for Nokia S60 platform! you can't use it for SE
