hi, i just bought my motherboard 3 days ago! and today my brother wrongly put the momory card backwards on the motherboard! and then we smell something bad, and when we check it, its the memory card.. so what i do is i put it back correctly! and then my pc start normal this time like nothing happens!!
My only concern is that is there gonna be a problem with my motherboard because of what happen? or is it gonna break anytime? please anyone help me! im so confused right now! to think that i only bought it few days ago and its so expensive!

Of course its already burned out. Luckily it just still work. It may stop working but no one can tell when.

It is shorted and may damage all your hardwares. Much better to bring it to PC shop for thorough testing parts by parts.

try new memory first because if m/board is shot you would still need to buy both anyway
