Here u find the instructions, please read carefully and follow all steps:

1.) Download and sign attached Navigon_unsigned.sisx and Navigon_icon_unsigned.sisx

2.) First Install Navigon and then Navigon_icon (its necessary cause otherways you wont find the program icon)

3.) Program needs to activate itself online for a 14 days trial period:
In the following screen press Test and wait until the automatic activation is finished

4.) Now you need the Map Folder (if not already exists) Goto E:/Navigon and create Maps


5.) We have to extend the 14 days trial period now:

Goto C:\Private\20004694\ and delete activcode.ini und trialmode.ini

In the same folder you find testmode.ini Open this file with a Hex Editor (like WinHex) and change the Date in the 3rd row from 2008 to 2019 (or whatever you like). Save your changes and copy it back to C:\Private\20004694\ and you are done !!

Note: We only extended the trial period to the given date (its not cracked yet!)
So every time navigon starts it needs to press the test button first

Now you need Maps, Voices, POI`s etc. Find the full package (like 4 GB) of all this stuff on the samsung ftp server. It includes the following maps: BeNeLux, BritishIsles, CIS-Baltic, DACH, EasternEurope, Europe, France, Iberia, Italy, Nordisc

You must have a map file there. Just download the whole install pack from links above. YES, YOU NEED THE INSTALLED MAP.

If you are still trying to download direct from the Samsung server using the links in the first post, try changing the link from 'ftp1' to 'ftp2' to gain access to a not yet overloaded server :)

this voices are working just perfect BUT:
1. there is a warrning that the certificate is expired
2. change the date - for example set year to be 2007
3. install the voices
4. CHANGE back to the correct date
P.S. If you dont change the date and start Navigon in year 2007 (like I have done!), Navigon will detect the date change and will clean hacked testmode.ini
and will ask you to register again ..... If that happens just go to C:\Private\20004694\ and delete activcode.ini und trialmode.ini and paste again your modified testmode.ini

It goes through the motions of uninstalling but does not. If you uninstall then try to reinstall it tells you that it is already installed.

Guy's be aware that if you try to test the crack{Move your date forward} and then go back to today's date you will get a message about some functions being disabled because of a date change being detected,all you have to do to get back the full functionality is to delete the files you will find in C:\Private\20004694 and replace them with your hacked Testmode.ini file,then restart the app.

Why should someone bother install this program?
Because that someone want to try something new and fresh from GPS nav. application on his S60v3 phone.
If you want to be limited only on Garmin that's your problem and leave others to make a choice.

It works fine m8. The file is also already signed on the dvd loader. You only need to add the icon.sis as an extra to make it visible.

Don't know if its on my phone only(N95 8gb) but i seem to be having some problems with this app .
First is that the backlight doesn't stay on even if you choose that option.
Second is that the program takes a long time to load compared to McGuider for instance .
Third is that if you get satellite lock and then turn the app off and on it again needs the same time to lock (doesn't keep the position in its memory)
And finally map coverage for my part of the world (Greece) is really bad and almost on a par with TomTom.
Thats the end of my whining.

THX anyway, I've manage to change the date. It's work without any problem on my N95 8GB. However there seems to be 2 testmode.ini files one in the c:/ and the other one on the phone memorycard. I've change both and appears to work without problem.

Here u find the instructions, please read carefully and follow all steps:

1.) Download and sign attached Navigon_unsigned.sisx and Navigon_icon_unsigned.sisx

2.) First Install Navigon and then Navigon_icon (its necessary cause otherways you wont find the program icon)

3.) Program needs to activate itself online for a 14 days trial period:
In the following screen press Test and wait until the automatic activation is finished

4.) Now you need the Map Folder (if not already exists) Goto E:/Navigon and create Maps


5.) We have to extend the 14 days trial period now:

Goto C:\Private\20004694\ and delete activcode.ini und trialmode.ini

In the same folder you find testmode.ini Open this file with a Hex Editor (like WinHex) and change the Date in the 3rd row from 2008 to 2019 (or whatever you like). Save your changes and copy it back to C:\Private\20004694\ and you are done !!

Note: We only extended the trial period to the given date (its not cracked yet!)
So every time navigon starts it needs to press the test button first

Now you need Maps, Voices, POI`s etc. Find the full package (like 4 GB) of all this stuff on the samsung ftp server. It includes the following maps: BeNeLux, BritishIsles, CIS-Baltic, DACH, EasternEurope, Europe, France, Iberia, Italy, Nordisc

Indeed I can confirm that they are not working with the symbian version. At the moment Navigon has not released any new version for the symbian system, YET.:oops2:

i did it this way (after i read first post):
1. hack phone to acces private folder
2. apply crack to signing applications
3. sign navigon files
4. install navigon
5. register navigon
6. extend test period
7. install maps (connect phone to pc in data storage mode and start the samsung-dvd start.exe file, select required maps, install.
8. use navigon

every files are accessabe in the first post

This seems to be the new Symbian version and should not be confused with the Samsung version. I'll let everyone know if there are any differences between this and Samsung as soon as I have download the file.

Work fine on m N78 where Garmin XT could not be installed!!!. The only problem i have , sometimes it does not open the GPS connection until i am opening Nokia Maps , then in works fine also with Navigon.

I've installed your splashscreen , everything is OK , but i have Navigon also on a PDA and the splashscreen from PDA is in move ( the logo icon is rotating and the orange road is moving from left to right on the startscreen) , i've tried to find that moving splashscreen ( probably a *.gif) on py PDA and could not find it. Has anyone a idea where is this gif stored on my PDA and how can i extract it for the use on my Symbian version ? I've tried to find it on the internet and had no chance.

I tried to install the samsung software on my n82 butt its not working.
I get the error message UPDATE FAILLURE.
I did have the original versien navigon 6.2 on my phone butt deleted it because i had to change maps navigating accross europe.
Can someone tell me where i can delete the old navigon from my phone.

I believe that message means you did not remove previous version of mobile navigator. Try to install and uninstall again.

PS Do not forget to chose the country in the right corner is you use the postcode search as this only works for UK and Holand.

Thanks mate,but thats the way i hacked my phone.
The problem was that i didn,t activated cappsoff on my phone.
only with cappsoff the private map is showing with ybrowser.
The program is working fine now.
For everybody else...... dont change the phones date too try if navigon is working after the 14 days trial is over.
When you do that you notice that navigon is still workin butt when you change the date back to the current day you have to start over again.
The program knows you changed the date.

The testmode.ini is generated when connected to internet, unless if you have your previous testmode.ini. You could try to conect you phone thrue you computer to the internetusing you bluetooth .

Your OS on computer will auto-mount the memory card you got in your phone. This enables browsing through all the MMC file system, including private, sys, resources, etc folders that can be found on any symbian 9.1 phone's MMC.

It also does not matter what OS you are using on the computer. As an alternative, you can use a card reader to gain access to the whole file system.

You can install but it will require you to activate as there is no trial version. There is no point at present to use the Navigon 6.10 do as both the program are similar in functionality.

I managed to download a full dvd, installed it but there is no trial, but goes directly to register...there are no .ini files in private folder except activcode.ini... I Just downloaded the new BeNeLux application and extract it to an empty memory-card. With a cardreader I found the new map (build April 2008!) on the card in "Maps" and transfer it to my Desktop. I just overwrite the old Map in Navigon-Samsung application (6.824) on my original N95-card with this new map and... WORKS! Just hit the "Test" button and GO!! No new "Test" activation needed. I Just downloaded the new BeNeLux application and extract it to an empty memory-card. With a cardreader I found the new map (build April 2008!) on the card in "Maps" and transfer it to my Desktop. I just overwrite the old Map in Navigon-Samsung application (6.824) on my original N95-card with this new map and... WORKS! Just hit the "Test" button and GO!! No new "Test" activation needed. In C-Private Folder, I checked, the "testmode.ini" remains the same... still 2018!

I did install this new Samsung-Navigon version 7.01 over 6.824 it did NOT give a 14 day trial; There is no "Test" button; instead you have to activate... I instal the lower version 6.824 back and luckely 7.01 didn't have ruined my "testmode.ini" in the Private Folder. Still in place and... working wit the new map!!

It looks that the version 7 needs registration. test mode doesnt work any more.

no in mn7 you can choose test, too. Only have to delete or cut the private folder n c bla bla. then go to adress or navigate and it say you are able to activate the test. after that it create a new file in c private. but until now, nobody was able to enlarge the trail. it looks like a crypt code...

can I use maps files from version 7 in previous versions ?

Okay quickpi! How did you manage to hack it - I´ve tried all kinds of hacks, can do everything but install the Rompatcher :oops2:

So now I just have to get the maps....

Funny, I installed the 6.7.2 version without maps and then the v.7.1.0 with a map - and I did not have to activate anything? It just worked....

I have a hacked N95 with Garmin, TomTom, NokiaMaps & McGuider all working 100% with internal GPS. I now want to try Navigon.

In this thread there are 4 versions of Navigon (v6.7.2, v6.8.24, v6.10 and v7). Can I (sign) and install v6.10 and use the v7 maps (ie the latest)? Will the trial work? OR, do I have to instal v6.10 OVER v6.7.2 in order to get the trial to work.

V6.10 dont work with this Samsungversion. v6.1 is the official Navigon version.
The others are samsung/navigon versions.
I installed v6.8.24 and right after the v7.1.0 - it works with the newest maps...
