what must we do with .mds file Of aristotelhs2060 files?

GUIDE:

1)extract all files to cplt7 folder.
2)inside this folder rename:
a) cplt7_Install Disc.txt to cplt7_Install Disc.mdf
b) Speech.txt to speech.rar
c) cplt7_Install Disc.mdstxt to cplt7_Install Disc.mds
3)burn mdf file to dvd or extract it (using for example poweriso)
4)install

Just little hint; Why not mount the mdf with daemontools or so? Avoids to have to burn or extract, saves time and disk space

Finally activated and put the balkan map in order, but unfortunately for may country it says "No streets level data", is only City Centre option. For the rest of the countries I can select streets and numbers but only for my country is showing this message.

I manage to activate professional mode too and still the same message.

Any ideea? What I've done wrong?

I don't think you did anything wrong, its possible that the map itself does not contain street level information for your country. What country BTW?

I've seen your nick today on another forum (a romanian one) and I realized you're romanian too. I've discovered the same thing, only I've found streets from Craiova in Belgrade! I think the software itself is messed up and I dont think the maker will do a patch or something just for us. For us it seems only Sygic and Garmin are the options, with the Road 2008 (more likely 2009!) Sorry!

Yes, you're right I'm a romanian like you and unfortunately you're right that right now only Garmin and Sygic are our only good options. I tested this software in Bucharest and it look great, fast route recalculation, good gps position on the road, unlike Garmin which is showing me behind with 50-60m from the real position and Sygic who is giving me the wildest route calculations.

I was impress with this software that, except the voice who is having a very low level, was giving me a good route calculation.

I wanted to use this software in the Middle east, Dubai more exactly, but all the streets are in Arabic, which is not an option for me :)

I think that if Copilot team will decide to invest in more detailed maps for our region, we'll have a very strong competitor on East European market.

I know that you have two folders, main one AS and inside another one called "Asia". Rename "Asia" in "AS" and copy to your device.

but i have done before posting, have double AS folder i can NOT see data region from setting (Europe is the default)
have single AS folder i can see ASIA option at setting data region but still can NOT see the detail road :ashamed:

I have also Australia map with folder name "AU" and i put in copilot folder directly, the result is i have another option "AUSTRALIA" in setting data region
but go deeply to the map i saw only main/big road not detail road...
hhhhhmmm.....something wrong i did i guess....

Do you have professional feature activated?

If not go here and activate it: [Only registered and activated users can see links]

If you have "Map data - Pan EU, EU Region, EU City, Pan Na" GREEN and still you can not see your road, that means that in your region the map is not such detailed.

I downloaded the entire DVD and no Asia or India maps on there mate. Also Australia maps are only visible when I go to the advanced screen which seems to have 80mb files for Australia. I have not installed it on the phone yet but can you confirm if the India and Australia maps are present on the disc.

Check in phone settings if you have selected Assisted GPS. This one uses traffic data.

My phone is a samsung i550.
How can i change that?

Sorry, i don't know the menu of your phone, in Nokia is settings/general/positioning/positioning method/

Just now you have to be patient, you will get GPS connection much slower. Maybe minutes at first start.

ikt worked... when i change for an empty GPRS connecio - without any definitons - the phone does not make any data connection...more, after i rebbot, in the GPS Method, appear the "none" option....it is funny, but it worked...and the GPS it is little more slow in the beginning - 2 / 3 minutes - but it works fine.

I just try this nav software and i must say that this one is faster than Navigon or Garmin ... also has great options ... interface is very simple and usefull.
I will keep this in my phone ...

Excellent software but what about updated maps????? Damn! next, someone's gonna say we have to buy up to date maps from ALK! GOD FORBID!

Downloaded all the rar files ie 1,2,3,4 ,speech maps etc but cannot unzip files .Put the password in when prompted but just comes up as corrupt and stops unzipping ..I have unzipped files for pther progs today so i know win zip is ok ..Any ideas or different links please..:thanks:

there will be no newer maps for copilot live 7. all maps will stay at q2 2007. they already develop version 8, that will have never maps. release during this year, maybe q2 or q3 2009.

And the good surprize was in the ALK activation website, I wrote down the Product key & the Lic Number.
And the only answer I obtain it was "Product key and serial number are not in the database.".

I try different codes, but I still obtain this issue....

Try other combinations with the '27' and 'S' like 26 en T or others.

Hi, i have the 9 digit problem, and although my internet connection WORKS flawlesly, CoPil0t seems unable to connect.
"1)install copilot live onto mobile
2)open copilot and enter registration code then click next
3) if you get an 8 digit code the you are lucky problem solved, if you get a 9 digit code then follow these remaining steps
4)exit copilot and go to file manager
5)then browse to Other
6)you will find a file named cpl7.dat, delete that and open copilot again,you will find a new code being generated,keep on trying until an 8 digit code appears.
7)Good luck

For activation you can play also with the second or third part of numers or letters

3.- Now you can view "License number" in phone screen. Write it to Keygen.

I nstalled everything as for instructions.. The phone recognises it is an install application if I go and look on the "Installed applications menu"

But have not a icon from where to launch there is no Icon inside the applications folder so not able to launch it..

I used the KeyGen to get the details and got into the program, then when i come out of it, and went back in, got a splash screen saying CoPilot truck edition or something like that. It then wanted me to activate and i couldn't. ANy help?

No, if you have used the key-gen you'll have the professional edition, but the splash screen is the same than truck edition.

A - Activation instructions:

Activation is error and try.

First it's important to know that the fourth part of the serial is as known for now like:

CTG32, HZF32 "Trucker Version".
ABC32 Professional Version, EU City and some more.
HDF32 Professional Version

Update:
The following variation of this serial enables Truck Routing, Traffic (TMC), Traffic (GPRS)

Hi.

I would really like to try the keygen but the trial period has expired on my installation so the program no longer supplies a License Number on activation but just asks for the Activation Code.

Removing and reinstalling the program does not seem to restart the trial period and there seems to be no cpl7.dat file to delete (the C \ DATA \ OTHER \ folder is empty).

Does anyone know which file (.ini, .dat or other) needs to be deleted or altered to make the program forget that the trial period has expired?

Hi there, i have installed all the maps, CoPilot live 7 files, and also using the keygen provided but the activation code is failing.

Which maps are you installed? Copilot Keygen doesn't activate NA maps... If you are trying to activate Europe maps and activation code fails, try to delete last character.

what u mean delete last character,,

im gonna try once again to try get activation right,,can somebody get me the tips,,ive read all the topics 5 times,but cant get it right,,,hoew to get new activation numbers in the start of app,i mean so u dont need to delete all stuff all time u want try new ones,,br ezzek

Have you tried:

Settings --> Licensing --> Options --> (1) Upgrade ?

In my case (but still with some days trial period left) i was prompted for a new product key.

Try to use the originally posted product keys and very them as "bossalex" described. As he said it IS TRY and ERROR!

worked for me: JJCFN-N2MJH-FS2F5-ABC32-NA2F2
get the License Number generated by your device
and use the keygen for the activation number.

i cant get the activation code right,,i get product key ,i get licence number but when go next i cant get right numbers,keygen gives wrong numbers,,,

is it also for nokia 5800 (symbian v5)? THX for answer
