i'm an owner of a legal publisher-id issued to my own company.

I want provide you to generate for every user who need such a certificate.

There is one restriction:
i generate only one certificate every day. In this certificate i integrate each IMEI which was provided to me by sending as PM.

Please don't post your IMEI here in the open thread!!!!

I d'ont accept IMEIS which come through email.
Each certificate can contain about 1000 IMEIS, and expire after 36 months. I think this is enough.:excited:


I write in this thread when the certficate is generated. I also write the nicks of the IMEIS inside. I never write the IMEI in this thread.
So i hope i can help the users of this famous forum to get their own certificate!:LoL:

in the rar is the key and the password. And like written in first post the certificate only work with the keyfile in the rar and the necessary Passwort.
check the rar file.

after signing some games and "lite" apps... i tried to sign active file 1.27! now the bad news is that i get an error message: "Required application access not granted" when trying to install.

i've searched on internet and i found this related to that error message:

Check that your certificate can be used to sign all capabilities needed by your application. For example, if you use self-signed certificate, you can only sign basic set capabilities, i.e. NetworkServices, ReadUserData, WriteUserData, LocalServices and UserEnvironment. If your application requires one of the extended capabilities, for example SwEvent, you cannot sign it with self-signed certificate. In this case, apply for developer certificates from Symbian Signed.

Hmmm.. Don't know that... I already installed about 10 app's considering GPS stuff & Motion Sensor stuff and everything worked perfectly... Maybe tell us here which app did you try to install..

i'm using nokia E51 and signsis binpda 0.7 to do the signing, also i tried signer also under winXP + mobilesigner on my phone. same results every time.

i think the problem i'm having is that the app i'm trying to sign has manufacturer capabilities and (i think, not realy that sure) the SIS must be signed with a manufacturer capability dev cert.

this is my understanding of what i found in FAQ's and other forums on this matter.

so a dev cert with manufacturer capabilities is the "ultimate" certificate?

I don't kow really, but try this if you didn't / don't have.
It always works for me with signing. No programs for signing, you have to hand write, but it works fine.
I've included files and a quick picture tutorial.

Just hope that we're not way Off Topic here... :)

Hi you can buy a publisher ID at the Symbiansigned Trustcenter. It costs 200$. You must have a own company to get a ID. You must send applicable documents to the Trustcenter, and after paying via Credit Card and checking your documents you get an ID.

Thanks Jomafi for the certificate you posted but I still seem to be having a problem. My Samsung Innov8 still says "Certificate error, contact the supplier" after I signed any unsigned SIS or SISX file that I have. Could it be the Samsung Innov8 isnt compatible with dev cert.?

Why some apps can not be installed? For example Psiloc irRemote installation says 'certificate error' although I have signed it with this certificate?
