i recently bought a top end pc with 2.4Ghz Quad Core processor, 1GB graphics card, 2GB ram, DVD RW with lightscribe... and after 2 weeks, when i click the restart button on the start menu... it says... logging off... shutting down.. and the pc hangs right there at the end... and doesnt do anything
some times little squares flash in different colours, but the pc doesnt restart.. so i have to keep my finger on the off button till it shuts down.. and then i have to switch it on... this is a big problem for me trying to install vista. because it fails to restart. so please help.
