hey friends my frnd got a slim type pen drive of 8gb from US to me and i am using that drive one day i used to copy some files from my frnds sys already his sys is full of viruses and they corrupts my pendrive and now when i came to house and used it on my own pc it was detecting and showing removable drive in my computer but it is not opening why this happend and some important files are stored in that pendrive i need it,,,when iam trying to open or format,it pops out like insert a disk in drive what i have to do now please some body help me why this prob arise and how it should resolves thnx in advance :oops2:

Try to plug it on a different PC or plug your USB at the back of CPU.

Sometimes, most USB devices are very choosy on USB ports or PC.

It works on a PC but not to another PC :)

first select your friend or neighbour PC's who has updated their antivirus till date. Keep your pen drive and remove the virus.
