i had a problem about my computer

mypc specs:

system manufacturer: MATSONIC
system model : MS9158E+
processor : Intel P4 2.4Ghz
memory : 256 RAM
direct x version : direct 9.0c

i have just bought a new 512 RAM
i installed it and works fine for 2 days
until i encountered an error

PROBLEM:

my pc keeps on restarting

when i boot up in the user interface and open a program
my pc restarts.

i have tried getting the new 512 RAM
and it works fine

but when i installed again the 512 RAM
it works fine
but some programs encountered an error
like mozilla always crashes
my WARCRAFT FT always encounters error
some of my programs doesnt run

can someone help me with this???
and define to me what is the problem???

I do not think there is so much to do then reinstall your OS

r u using 256 & 512 together...if so ..I think 2 RAM's frequency are mis matching...

if u r using only 512 see whether motherboard can with stand frequency of RAM...

if mother board supports only 266MHz & if u put 333MHz RAM..u face these prob,,,,

check it 1ce...

Dear All,
Please assist me, I installed Win Vista, my Win XP is still there. when I boot, I was made to choose. Now, I could not even enter Vista, instead a page telling me that Window is set up to XP. If i continue, it is asking for Win XP cd.
Please i need your help. I want to open my vista, not xp.
