Thanks my friend, I am not taking your words in negative, rather your words will help me to try some more and more and more to get better & better themes by my daily learning....

If u can't appericate some one work then u don't have a right to criticize some one specially when u haven't share anythg urself, - rep added for ur effort :( and avoid this type of comment next time, it's a friendly forum and keep it this way.
