use internet the top line or border ( I dont now the name) is missing, it

I want to add rep to all of you but because of my inactiveness here and rep system of the forum i can't add rep to all of you :sorry:
King bro i also want to make themes for 5th edition but i use Carbide 3.3 version it does not show the desired result of editing of any element and i have no one to test my theme i.e. i be always in confusion how it will look at mobile, secondly 5th edition theme takes lot of time to make and due to busyness in real life i have very little time for theme making so I am sorry for not making themes for 5th edition but i promise to you whenever i have time and someone who can test my themes i will make
@essagumman would you post any sccreenshot of the bug i will try to fix it if i can

No.1. And main cause I have no e series phone to check the theme, there is much difference between how a theme look at pc and how it looks at phone, so every theme has to be checked many time for its looks and for the bugs also.
