Yes it is a PC app!
when I installed it I get MSCOMCTL.OCX missing etc when tying to run it.

It's a PC-mobile app wich created unlock codes...
And needs 2 B in that section....

It`s for old mobile phones. I haven`t found my nokia E51 in there and it`s a PC application.
